San Diego Comic Con this weekend!
I hope everyone attending Comic Con International this weekend is as excited as Angela and I. It is such an overwhelming representation of art, books, films, games and other fun stuff, that my head is spinning for days afterwards!

my name is Edward J Chua and I was fortunate enough to run into you and Holly at Comic Con on Saturday around 12 ish. In case you don’t remember–I was the one who asked you how you felt seein your creature designs take live form via the Spiderwick film. Your reply was the you nearly passed out. In any case–I just wanted to let you know how amazing it was to finally shake the hand of the man who’s work inspires my love of creatures. As an illustrator myself I am always about learning, growing, and collaborating–so should you need any artists to help spread the spiderwick creature fever—count me in!
