I am a huge pern fan and have been for a while. Your work is very nice and your take on the pernese dragons is very interesting. I am studying to become an animator and your work is quite inspirational.

I really enjoy looking at your sketches. And looking at them i would say that it seems like you had a blast working on these. Did you use natural paper for the manilla looking ones?

Bill Stout doesn't live too far from me and every other Sunday he'll have a sketching workshop at his house where you can see TONS of his ink drawings all over the place. My personal fav is "The Age of Reptiles" series he dd for Dark Horse back in the early 90's (late 80's?)

I love seeing the early sketches. It's like a peek into the thought process. Very cool. On a side note, I just bought my kids the Spiderwick book and now that I'm done reading it, I'll let them have a turn. Loved the artwork.
